Cheese Toast with Mixed Salad Leaves and Slow Cooked Oyster Mushrooms with Kale Leaves

Ingredients

-Oyster mushrooms (100 gm)

-Kale leaves (3-4 pieces) Chopped

-Olive oil

-Salt and seasoning by The Mushrooms Hub

Procedure/Method

Wash & cook oyster mushrooms and kale in a cast iron pan with olive oil for 3-5 min.

Add salt & seasoning as per taste
